Once there are no more items to examine, leave the room.
Enter the room to the left, use your Witcher Senses to examine all the items in the room. Walk around the cemetery until Geralt hears some noises coming from the catacombs underground. Head upstairs and wait/meditate until night time. If this doesn't happen try heading back upstairs until the minimap shows more red dots on your minimap indicating more grave robbers. If you killed all the grave robbers, Geralt says he should wait til night time to see if it was grave robbers who were making the noises. Take the stairs to the lower levels and you'll come across some grave robbers. Walk around the cemetery and you'll find some red dots on your minimap indicating some enemies in the lower levels. Once you have the quest, head to the nearby cemetery.
